On our Disaster/Recovery testing, we will be restoring OW and Oracle on a
RS/6000, our enterprise server, and will be restore one of our Terminal
Servers. I will be sure to use the same hostname and same case. We are not
planning on restoring the Deployment Server. We are trying to see the
minimum we need to get our office up and running and be able to log into it
on the Terminal Server. Do you think we will have trouble bringing up OW
without a Deployment Server? We had a problem with our deployment server a
year ago and it was down for a day but we were able to use OW. OW might
have already been up when the deployment server went down, I don't remember.
What do you think?
