It depends on what is your database.
But, generally speaking DBMS native tools are the quickest way to export
OneWorld tables into a standard text format.
MS SQL Server provides bcp tool that generates CSV files (easily readable by
Excel), DB2/400 also exports AS/400 tables
into CSV flat files and I'm sure that Oracle provides similar functionality.
