Has anyone successfully implemented Putaway Reservations in Xe? Are there any bugs or known issues with this functionality?

I remember using putaway reservations years ago on version 7.333.
Of the top of my head the main issues were related to warehouse setup, for example if locations and rules weren't created correctly, the putaway would send the user to the overflow location O...
Another issue was that we had a large volume of receipts being processed, which created a delay on the putaways being created.
This led to the users believing that inventory transfers were much quicker and reliable than putaways, which would often lead them to either performing an inventory transfer before the putaway was processed, or to them just deleting the putaway that had been created!
