Product Packaging

Hi List,

I am facing some problem with product packaging

We have just finished a fresh installation of ERP 8 & now we are doing some testing on Product packaging as ours is an offshore development centre its becomes mandatory that it works fine.

we tried to use Product Packaging and it doesn't work smoothly, so i had some queries

Has anybody used PP on ERP8
Do you know any pre-requisties (ESU, SP, etc.) to use PP?
Is there any known traps and its resolutions?
Is there any white-paper about PP?

I have gone thr the tip & techniques provided in KG but i didnt get the solution any help would be greatly appreciated.
