The IOUC Support Council would like to get the word out to World clients about the following session.
[1] Certify Tool focus group - The Oracle product team developing the enhanced Certify capability in My Oracle Support is looking for customers to review a Certify user interface redesign. If your job responsibility is to understand what products and hardware are certified for use with the Oracle products in your environment, we invite you to join the following web conferences:
• Application user experience session: Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 9am Pacific.
If you are interested in participating, please email Tony Cavotta. So that we can provide as rich an attendance experience as possible, all session attendees are asked to fill out the attached Pre-Session questionnaire and email it to [email protected] by Friday, February 12, 2010.
