I apologize if this should have been posted under Crystal..
The following error is occurring when access JDE Edwards ODA driver from Crystal Reports-- "Unknown Database Connection error"
Once we receive the error, we are not able to connect thru the ODA driver. Subsequently, this is causing issues with other connections we have on our Enterprise Server. Re-installing the path code seems to fix the problem initially, but the problem resurfaces as soon as we try to connect to the ODA driver. Another issue is Solution Explorer will not launch on the desktop once we receive the error (log file attached)
System Info: OneWorld Xe (B7333, Service Pack 23_M1, Update 7) AS/400 DB2 V5R3
Crystal Enterprise Server: MS Windows Server 2003 SP1 Business Objects Enterprise 11 Crystal Reports 11
JDEOWODA.Dll is dated 12/9/2005 -- Is there an updated version of this DLL? *Please see attached documentation
