We are getting the errors in the log files in the Enterprise Server. Also some users are complaining that theirs Screens are freezing in the WTS environments. Can anybody help how I can resolve these errors.

Thanks

Are these errors occurring during interactive look ups? Are your users experiencing lock ups when using a particular object? Are FAT clients locking up?...if so, are they receiving memory error or system errors specific to the OS of your FAT client platform?

If your users are receiving memory errors when clicking on objects, you may want to check for object/spec corruption. Try rebuilding particular objects based on both CO specs and possibly specs from a functional FAT client in the environment.

Also, if this is working in one environment and not the other, I would check your OCM's for any business functions and tables listed in the error logs. Make sure logic has not been changed.

Good luck.
