DEMO 9.0 web client Sign in error

Hi all,

I recently installed Demo 9.0 on my XP machine, the fat and thin client have been running smoothly , but this week i am able to log on to the fat client and cannot log onto the web client, i keep getting this error:

Sign In Error: The Security Server is down or cannot be reached. Please contact the System Administrator.

this is what the error log has
