Customer Connection SAR search for P15117 predicament

Hello List,

Can another customer, not consultant, verify this for me or tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm basing this request on the belief that cusotmers have lower authorization rights than consultants and Oracle employees.

I get 18 matches when I select Product = PS World, Objects: = P15117, & System Code: = 15-Real Estate Management. However, I cannot get to the 14th match. My Windows icon won't stop spinning, & the bar that indicates amount complete only is partially darkened after more than a minute of waiting. Usually, the screen changes within a second.

The Support Analyst originally got 26 matches, then 19, then 18, when he finally used my search criteria, but says he can see all 18 SARs. He told me to to clear my browser cache & Java plug-in cache. I told him that I got the same results from another PC. I also told him that he was able to view the 14th match when he tested as a customer because that had been cached on his PC during his first search as an employee.
