Does anyone use CSMS in OneWorld? My users need to register the phone calls from clients, open tasks and control their status.
I think CSMS is a good way to do that, but it needs a lot of configuration and I need some help to put it working.

different clients for the same thing... basically in house call desks to

If you just want CSMS Call Management then this is quite simple. You can do it straight out of the book. JDE will confuse you with all that workflow stuff but don't worry about it. Keep it simple. I am implementating CSMS at a client right now. As far as I know its popularity is increasing globally and lots of clients are coming on board.

Remember that the Call Management module is quite sophisticated because it was developed for JDE's own Global Customer Support dept. So, if you need some help that goes beyond training - phone Response Line! They are using it.
