Credit Notes for Rebates

Anybody have any problems creating Credit Orders from Rebates using the R42770 -- Generate Credit Notes batch application?

It works okay in the proof mode, but when I run it in final I don't get the expected results.

Hi Ian,

U mentioned it look OK in Proof Mode. I was assuming that the system display the CN amount in the Proof Mode Report. Am I right?

You may want to check your rebate setup. What is the Branch/Plant there. Then, for that item ensure that this item exist in that Branch/Plant.

Do you have line types, order types, and order activity rules setup? How do
you have processing option 2 setup for the line types?
