I believe that there are about 4 tables in the system database that reflects
the name of your enterprise server. These will need to be changed using
access or sql scripts. I am not totally sure which tables off the top of my
head.
Maybe someone else could help with the tables.
Dont forget to change the JDE.ini to reflect the new name as well as all the
OBDC datasources will need to be changed on all machaines to reflect new SQL
server.
I hope this helps. I dont think that I missed anything(beside table names).
