Can\'t login PSFT website anymore

I wonder if it is just us; anybody else got this dialog box popup?
"Your account is not correctly setup, because you do not have a Customer defined to your profile.(17831,8034)
Please contact Customer Service for additional help."
I had that on Friday, and yesterday & today, three GSS representatives reset & changed my profile & password five times now, to no effect.
I've cleared the cookies & temp net files, and reboot, ... unsuccessfully
I was able to change the temporary password, but can't login anymore - I am taken to the initial EMPTY login screen.

I was told by a support person this is happening because of a mucked up data conversion process that they are trying to run to merge customer information from Oracle.

I was expecting Oracle to convert PSFT customer info, and upload it on THEIR website ... not the other way around.

I'm OK, now; it seems that one of the companies I used to work for did not renew the Support with PSFT, and my profile was affected.
After opening three incidents with GSS, my issue was fixed.
