Has anyone setup adjustment such that if we as a company are responsible for the short ship of the order.
Example: Cusotmer gets $800 discount if they order a full truckload. Now, if we short ship (because we don't have stock, out fault), "Full Truck Load" discount gets removed from Sales Order upon re-pricing. We want to prevent that from happening. If customers cancel the partial quanities and it falls short of Full Truck load then discount should not be applied.
