Hi Nimisha,
May be it's cause of Vocabulary Overide ???
Check the OMC (Object Management Configuration) in GH9081, Activity rules
(21 to 21) and object type = 'UO' -> This rule is active or not ?
Try again your check-in with this rule inactive....

Yes I tried Logging out and and coming back in.
Yes I have a developers roles and can check All object
in .I tried isolating other objects.This problem is
only with Custom Applications Check-in.
Logging is not giving much help.
If you have any other thoughts please let me know.
