Hi Team,

Can someone suggest any third-party tool in the market which is completely SaaS-based and is capable to store invoice pdf generated from JDE and also assist in AP automation as well?
Something that is similar to Transform (Bottomline)

Thanks

JDE has built-in capabilities for this - Media Object Attachments. So you may not need any external storage if you utilize that.

We use BI Publisher to burst the invoices to a folder on the network, one PDF per invoice. The files are named with the invoice number and environment in the name. A UBE knows which environment it is executing on. That UBE reads the files in the folder for the environment it is executing on and moves them to a permanent folder location, one folder for each customer on the network..

Did something very similar except used a scheduled vb script instead of ube that did all that and also attached it to the A/R Ledger entry for the invoice. Very nice for accounting folks to see the invoice copy right there in Customer Ledger Inquiry app.

Hi, unsure on full requirements, but have a look at Chrome River/Emburse solutions. It is a SaaS product and we use it for invoice scanning (OCR), matching to PO Receipts, built-in approval routing. Costs are transaction volume based. We also use this solution for personal cash and corporate credit card expenses. There is an option to also integrate Travel company data (e.g. Egencia). Compliance rules, submit compliance rules and approval routing are built-in based on the business requirements. Application stores invoices (pdf) and expense receipts. And it also has a mobile app, so users can use it on a 'go'. Other alterantives we've reviewed were Bottomline, V1, Bassware. hope this helps. Olga
