E8.12 JAS SAW 8.96.40 - Clear EnterpriseOne Menu Cache

Hi.

I used to clear EnterpriseOne menu cache in order to reflect the changes done to tasks/task views. It was working well ( first screenshot).
But without doing any changes to the server settings, a couple of additional screens are appearing. As I'm not a CNC, I cannot understand those screens ( second and third screenshots).


What should might be gone wrong ?

I have tried with another SYSADMIN user and it works fine. It means something related with user account ( which surely I will find )
