How to set up 'Use Tax'

Hi Everyone,
We are trying to set JDE to produce the use tax. (when we sent out a sample item for free, however the use tax is still required). I just haven't found the steps to
this on, so this tax is calculated, to flow thru into our GL data. Can anyone help.

a bit more - we are pushing this throught the Sales Module (F4211) and expecting the Sales update to post the use tax.

Maybe w/o price in the SO, so no taxes booked.

yes, there is no Price, for it's a free sample to our customers, however we still have to paid the taxes on the item it's call an "use tax".
