Security Workbench

I've got something really wierd going on. I have security workbench records set up to disallow running all application for *Public, then I allow application and action security by user group/user. For a group of users I have allowed all actions for P4310 at the object and form level i.e. W4310*. The wierd thing is that sometimes the add and copy buttons are greyed out. When the users logs off/on then the buttons come back. This problem is reoccuring but not consistent.

Has anyone else had something like this happen?

I have had this haooened occasionally. I have not found it to be consisent however if I do security on an App level as opposed toa a form level the issue see to go away.

Check to see if the buttons have user-overrides.

We were seeing similar issues if the user(s) had overides prior to assigning the security.
