Citrix/OneWorld Connection

Dear List

I have a problem connecting to OneWorld via Citrix Metaframe 1.8 sp2 on a
Windows NT Terminal Server.

When I put in the logon credentials for OneWorld, I get an error message 'an
unsupported operation was attempted'.

If I logon directly to OneWorld from the Windows Terminal Server console, I
can logon to OneWorld without any problems.

As anybody come across this problem before?

Thanks
Shane

Were you in install mode when you installed it to the terminal server?

I haven't seen this error but it sounds like it may be installation related.

Re: RE: Citrix/OneWorld Connection

Is this error generated by windows/citrix or JDE? Anything more specific in the windows event log or the jde.log or jdedebug.log files?

Sorry but I haven't seen/heard of this one before so I am just looking for some more info that may lead in the right direction.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi shane,
have you installed Citrix 1.8 Sp2 client on your test workstation?

Gigi

The same version is on the clients pc.

The only error in jde.log is NETCIG.C440
