Lot Change after confirmation

Hello Everyone,
Is there any way I can change the lots for Sales orders that have been confirmed shipped/Invoiced as wrong lots have been selected ? Is there any alternative, other than creating Credit orders for getting back the inventory and nullifying the order? Any help in this matter is welcome.

I don't know of a way to change the lot after ship confirmation. But sometimes when we really need to cancel an order that is ready to invoice, our power users have access to an order entry version that allows them to override status codes in order entry detail. They'll override status codes to 980 999, which cancels the order. The cancel line button won't work but this works just as well. The only thing that they would need to do is to notify materials management staff that the item(s) will have to be adjusted back to stock.

This method prevents sending an invoice to a customer and issuing a credit order.
