When Exchange rates are updates does the change flow through to open purchase order or is the rate based at the time of:
1. Order placement
2. Receipt
Addionally when you modify a lione on an open purchase order and the rate has changed from the initial order entry
doe the entire order update or just the revised line item.
I realize when you voucher the rate also comes into play but I am inquiring about the front end of the exchange rates.
