Base Price - P4106

Friends,

I am using P4106 (Item Base Price Revision) application to enter base price for items. I can add base price but cannot see when I try to
re-inquire again.
I could see the records in F4106 table with ICID field with value zero. There is no record in F4094 with ICID field zero. I think that is the reason the P4106 application cannot show the record since the join fails (F4106 and F4094 is joined on ICID field).
So my question:-
Do I always have to have a record in F4094 with ICID field zero.
Do you think it is the setup issue.

HI I FOUND THIS IN ANOTHER RESPONSE FOR THIS ISSUE.
"Run the P4106 Base Price Component report (R4094A). This batch application needs to be run one time in order to create a blank record in the Item/Customer Key ID Master (F4094) table. Failure to run this batch application will result in the inability to add price records in the Base Price Revisions (P4106) program. While the system will appear to accept the prices as they are being added, the record will not appear upon inquiry. "
