    Form Extention Reservation Tools 9.2.4.1

We are upgrading our Tools release to 9.2.4.1 (application is staying at 9.1) and I am trying to edit a form header but it says it is reserved and it shouldn't be.
P00095 shows no reservation for the form or the user.
Any idea where form reservations are stored and how to clear them?

    Thanks

Form Extensions are UDO's, so you will need to use P98220U to manage them.

Neil, Depending on your code currency, you may also need to apply ESU JM22564 for Apps 9.1 (or its successor if it's been superseded). There's quite a few UDO related fixes and functionality that it provides.
