After Upgrading Users to Windows 10, spacing in Media Object View is set to double?

Is there a way to change it back to single? Shift/ctrl enter do not work. They are still using IE 11.

Jason,

the only double spacing issue I'm aware of comes about when converting from RTF to HTML Text media Object.
Did your organization recently:
1) Setup new webservers - possibly set to HTML?
2) Change WebServers setting from RTF to HTML?
3) Run the Batch Conversion UBE to convert some or all of your existing MO Text from RTF to HTML?
4) Upgrade JDE Versions?

According to or IT generalist, we also pushed out the new updated activeX controls to these users, so maybe that is it. Is there a fix? According to him, we have to do this.

First of all, did you read everything in this thread? Maybe you're missing a setting in IE or something:
E1: GRID: MOBJ: Troubleshooting Internet Explorer ActiveX Control Installation and Configuration Issues for use with Media Object attachments and Grid Import / Export (Doc ID 1621386.1)
https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1621386.1

Otherwise: You should research if you still need ActiveX anyway, since Windows 10 is the last OS that will support the IE11 and therefore ActiveX. Oracle focuses on their newer HTML editor anyway so ActiveX's days are almost over.

Delayed response.

Sounds like your IT guy went ahead and migrated all your text from rtf to html - resulting in the double space phenomenon

If you're referring to double spacing caused by Oracle's conversion process (whether interactively or in batch) the way around it involves basically writing your own conversion process. Oracle refused to change their program.
We created our own process to get around it when we upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 and decided to leave ActiveX behind.
I'll be presenting that process at the E1 Technology Sig Webinar on July 11.
