EDI 862 - Pick date of previous order is wiped out after next edi record is received

Hoping that someone may have an answer to this EDI issue. This concerns an 862 issue where PICK Dates are disappearing on a random basis. The pick date on record 1 is populated, and then when record 2 is processed, the pick date on record 1 is removed and then must be re-populated manually. This occurs on a random basis.

We opened an SR and no resolution has been forthcoming.

Not a solution but if you run the UBE with trace ON you might find the bug or process blanking out the date.
