Consumer BSSV timeout when run for first time

    Hello Friends,

I am having issue with consumer BSSV. I have created bssv to consume next number from third party system and it is working fine. But in peak business hours it is getting failed to get the response first time (time out error). Second and subsequent time it is ok. Same issue is getting repeated if we run UBE after almost 2 hours. In non business hours it is working ok.

    Release JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1

    Jde debuglog for Report

Oct 15 05:29:20.009001 - 6152/5752 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Did not receive response from BSSV Server. JDENET Error = eTimeOut
Oct 15 05:29:20.009003 - 6152/5752 WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Internal Server Error during execution of Business Service.

    Any suggestion please.

Get someone from your ops team to look at the firewall config between servers. Depending on how this is dimensioned, I have seen firewalls term connections from BSSV server every 15 - 20 minutes. Unfortunately the logging is not going to give you the info you want. You could also use wireshark to analyze the packets, something I've found helpful in the past. Once you lose that connection JDE just does not recycle the connections, at all.
