Form Control Error Messages in Orchestrator

I am trying to get the error message (e.g. Invalid Business Unit) as displayed on the E1 form (when called as a Service form request) into the Orchestrator as an output. I am using Orchestrator Studio Version: 6.1.0.0.

Can you please provide the steps ?

We are upgrading to 9.2 and I'm also trying to figure out how to catch the errors generated in a form. Has anyone figured out how yet?
