Failed to load job spec cache for job - 9.2

A new adventure in the world of upgrades =(

Client is moving from 9.0 to 9.2. As they are starting their testing - they are getting a bunch of UBE(s) errors with "Failed to load job spec cache for job". Clearing the runtime cache may fix the issue, then it sometimes re-occurs.

Issue is most prevalent with custom/merged Versions - AND is also occurring against XJDE / ZJDE Versions that have not been touched.

On thing we will be looking at - Journaling should not be turned on against the IFS (causes some sort of locking). If that turns out to be the issue - I'll update the thread. If it's not the issue - I'm simi-stumped.

Also make sure that you are not doing any replication of those IFS folders (Mimix, etc.)

I asked, and was told that there is no journaling. Will ask about the Replication and Mimix. I know they are doing DR - so we could be hitting something with that set of questions.
