Hi Friends,
We are using print pick slip program R5542520 which is a copied version of standard R42520 with very small minor modifications on Header Display part and with new "Page nOf Page" functionality introduced. Sample copy attached. for your reference.
From last 6 months we have received two incidents at an interval of 3 months once, that the UBE R5542520 which is scheduled in JDE, while processing a set of orders(E.g. 10 to 20 at a time) for one order the Header part if printing perfectly fine having a new Pick Slip #. But before printing the details lines an Unconditional Page break happens and in new page without printing the header again the details line are printing leaving the before page as Blank.
With this business is worried since these are auto configured in warehouse to get print. Very difficult to corelate with the order which it is related. So we have tried all possible ways like below steps-
1. Tried to duplicate the issue but no luck
2. Copied the exact PD order to Test and ran the UBE but no luck. The UBE works perfectly fine.
3. Monitored the UBE in PD for 1 month it ran very successful.
4. Identified the order having issue and compared and looked all setups looks fine. And again re-run the pick slip for same order and it went very well next time.
5. Not able to duplicate the issue , so not able to get logs for details analysis.
So can some one from the jdelist has undergone this kind of issue earlier? Any expert suggestions how to proceed further on this for analysis? Please advise. Let me know if you need any further details on this.
