I have a pricing question/issue. We have a customer and two of their part numbers interchange to one of our part numbers. We quoted the customer 2 different prices. We don't want to go back and tell the customer we made an error on the pricing. For example customer part number 12345 interchanges to our part WR60345. Price is $20. Customer part number 67890 interchanges to part WR60345. Price is $21. Is there a way in JDE to make sure they get the price of $20 when they place an order for their part 12345? Thanks!
