We use the warehouse module and we use the transportation module, we just have not used them together - they were used independently in different segments of the business. We also have consolidated shipping turned off - i.e. each order line gets it's own shipment. When we try and use the warehouse module with the transportation module together we are having an issue. When the warehouse suggestion/pick process splits the sales order line so it can be picked, it doesn't generate a new shipment number for the new split order line. When the order lines get consolidated back after picking, the new consolidated sales order line has the shipment number from the original order line (which is now canceled) and the shipment references the old canceled sales order line as well. The net effect is we now have a shipment that cannot be placed on a load.
