Anybody can identify the attached screenshot ?
It is Competency Information - Review Competencies screen.
My company planned to start Performance Evaluation of employees. By luck, most of the ideas are matching with JDE's Competency Management. The other additions can be done by customization.
Now, the issue:
In Competency Master table (F05104) contains DL01(only 30 chars) to store competency titles. We need another field to store details about the competency.
For example,
Competency: Decision Making (goes to DL01 field)
Competency Summary: Ability to identify, analyze and solve work problems, handle difficulties, assess and control risks etc. etc.
Where should I store Competency Summary ?
Should I create another table to store this info ?
