Custom Section print on the 2nd page if detail page has many records

Currently working on some BOL print report.
It has a footer section (Custom section not actual footer) that prints after the detail section print is done.
We have around 10 lines in the footer section. So if the detail section has more rows, then part of footer section prints in the 2nd page. But what we want to do is, if that happen, it should print entirely on the 2nd page, not partially.
I am having that development block moment. I have seen before something like Page line count, and then it counts the entire report line, when it exceeds the page count then something happen.
IS there a better way or a way to implement this?

You need to really look into the content and size of your sections. Custom section what you call footer is actually detail so it will overflow into next page if it doesnt fit. There is not much control on the page & lines so you might have to keep tab yourself on how much lines Header & then details section is taking per item.
