Transportation BOL information needed

Hi I am working on some customization on Transportation BOL print report (R49115).
It looks like R49594 calls R49590 , that calls, R49110 and then R49110 calls R49115. Is their any document or high level detail on what it does or how it happen?
I could not find any documents related to this specific process.
Any input will be helpful.
We are on JDE 9.1
