JDE 8.12 speed so slow. user not working

Hi,
any buddy help me urgent.our jde enterpriseone 8.12 speed so slow.what a resign speed slow.i have restart enterprise server and application server.but again same problem.please tell me the solution of this issue.

Hi Roo,
There are too many reasons which can cause the degraded performance in a JDE system.You should follow a check list to found out the root case.Such as hardware, OS, database, related service,network, application configuration.You should check the system events and app logs to investigate what happened in your system firstly.

Thanks your reply.I am a new on JD edwards enterpriseone.
I have proper shut down enterprise server and application server but again start server after that user work on jde but still slow processing.so i don't understand when i restar server after that not would be repeat this problem.

What platform is the enterprise server and application server on?

Is it one user complaining or is it multiple users?

Is the whole system slow or is it one application?

What is the user(s) doing when they are complaining that it's slow?

When did the system slow down?

What browser you are using?
