MTXW when trying to deploy

We are running JDE 8.0 sp23 on iSeries v5r4. About 2 wks ago, we set up a temp environment to prep for our upgrade to 9.1/v7r1. Cannot DEPLOY to PD anymore!! The build puts everything in a MTXW. Kill the build, everything works. Except for the new code.

Not a JDE CNC expert at ALL - just the iSeries nut ... any suggestions??

Have you tried cycling services? Sometimes when a kernel goes 'Zombie' it keeps locks on objects. You need to clear the IPC (CLRIPC) to solve the issue and you can't do that with services up.
