xhfrth population in F4215

Does anyone know where the xhfrth field (freight handling code) found in the F4215 (shipment header) is populated from? We upgraded to 9.1 in October and since then we've seen the F4215 xhfrth being populated with code IPD or IPP at the tiem of order creation and stay there until our custom R554215 integrity report runs and moves the xhfrth to either CPU or DEL based on customer set up. For whatever reason we are also seeing old, closed orders being changed all of a sudden to IPD/IPP and then changed back to CPU/DEL when the R554215 runs. Any ideas would be much appreciated. The freight handling code will be fetching from customer master (P03013) billing page-2 and populated into F4215 and it will be used to denote whether the transportaion will be take care of by supplier or customer itself.I hope you got it!!!
