Media Object Issue

Hi,
I am unable to enter any text in the media object . I am enclosing the error screen print.
I am on JDE 9.1 and tools release 9.1.3

As per the highlighted part in the enclosed screen print , I try to download the file and even then nothing happens .

Any internet explorer settings that we need to look into.

Hi, just now I noticed the same problem in IE 10. But no issues with IE 8, can you try if you have IE 8 on any machine.
