I have created a new BSSV to test
I've used this BSSV: How to create a custom Business Service (Doc ID 753064.1)
When I go to test via local Jdeveloper Weblogic server I get
"Failed to invoke end component oracle.e1.bssv.JP550010.CSAddressBookManager (POJO), operation=GetAddressFormat
-> Failed to invoke method
-> User is not authorized to invoke this published business service
"

I was able to follow this document...
E1: BSSV: How to Test Provider Using Integrated WLS In Jdev11g (Doc ID 1274889.1)
This did work after I had to have our cnc add records in security workbench for all JDE JP* and J* objects for *PUBLIC
Big question is can I develop local business services before they are packaged?
I did try checking the object in first, this made the object view able from Security work bench but the published business service is still not available to create security for.
