filter media object menu bar

Hi folks...we are using a media object so that users can attached an employment document and/or text. Our beta testers were wondering if it is possible to hide some of the other options to lesson user confustion. This means we would like to hide "Characterize", "Templates", "OLE", and "URL" and only have the "File", "Text" plus the close/trash/and save options displayed. This would only be for this application of the media object. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think that is possible.
I don't see any form id associated with the Media form.
Unless we can reach out to the form we cannot make changes.
