BSSV webservices package build and deployment

Q1. Is it possible to build update packages for BSSV with only the changed java objects inside the EAR. ?

Q2. Is it best practice to package all services to oracle.e1.bssv or create another package e.g custom.e1.bssv for new business services ?

Q3. On deployment to the J2EE container can multiple EAR files be deployed to avoid change control issues and the dropping of previously built services ?

The deployed EAR will drop the other services if you do a partial build, I think this is the issue with Q1. The J2EE container would need to be reconfigured to allow shared EARs and then you are into a host of non JDE config that needs specialist WLS skills. I have asked my CNC department for a documentation link to this answer.
