Server Package build fails to compile

Running JDE ERP 8.0 in Intel platform. Full and update packages are failing to compile business functions. On enterprise server in the text folder the sts file states:
did compile count: 2
did not compile count: 0
module that is compiling: Link
module that did not compile:

no errors in the txt file for the bsfn
ran with debug turned on: nothing in logs.
Any suggestions on this server package build issue?

You should have some infos in the CompileLog directory :
- <bsfn name>.log/err for a BSFN compilation error
- <dll name>.log/err for a DLL link error
