Web Login Page, E1, Tools 9.1, Web Logic?

Has anyone successfully edited the web login page for E1 under tools 9.1 and Web Logic? It doesn't appear that it uses <server>\app\webclient.war\share\html4login.jsp anymore. Maybe it's redirected/buried in a jar file somewhere, but I can't find it.

I just want to add a couple of links to the login page to help our users communicate with our ops center for password resets and similar issues. Oracle being a complete pain on sharing this info. I understand their concerns, but I need to help our users!

Looking at a 9.1 instance on WebLogic the html4login.jsp is in this path:

<MiddlewareHome>/user_projects/domains/<E1_Domain>/servers/<J2EE_container>/stage/<JAS_instance>/app/webclient.war/share
