Menu identification in P0092

Hi,

Please let me know how the menu id(MNI) column in P0092 is populated in Jd Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1. I cannot find the menu id field when I open P0092 in add mode.

There are no more "Menus" in 9.1. You have to work with "Tasks und Roles". (You will find the Function of "Menus" as Folder-Tasks). Go to the Oracle-Support and Search and Download the "Security Administration Guide"
(In 8.98 Toolset-Documentation you will find it at Page 7++)

Did you find your answer?: There are no "Menu" in E9. You have to work with tasks and user roles. (of course there are something like menus, but they are called task as type of folder)

Its not used in 9.1. The field is there in the table but redundant.

You need to put a lot of time into understanding menu filtering - which is the effective replacement for the initial menu. I have a UBE which will convert the MNI of Xe/ERP8 into menu filtering for all users/initial menus in the system in 10 minutes - if you would like a demo let me know.
