RTF to HTML Conversion Leaving Extra Space

I just ran the RTF to HTML conversion process on our test environment, and in UBE's and BI Publisher output, I'm now seeing huge amounts of white space being added between lines of text attachments that are on these reports. Has anyone else seen this behavior and/or heard of any solutions or workarounds? Thanks in advance!

We ran into this earlier today.
It happened during our TR upgrade.

I just found Bug # 14560030, and this isn't supposed to be fixed until TR 9.1.4. I've updated my SR regarding this issue, requesting either a backport to TR 9.1.3.3 or 9.1.3.4, or else providing a POC fix.

Not very encouraging from a quality standpoint! And by the way, this bug was created in Aug., 2012, and they still haven't included it in a tools release update and/or ESU.
