WhatsUp Gold for JDE E1 Web Client Monitoring

Is anyone using WhatsUp Gold for monitoring the E1 web client? WUG has an HTTP monitor for web clients. You can supply it an ID and password. However, I have not figured out how to put it into the monitoring URL. As of yet, it will not login to E1.

Any help would be appreciated.
