Can't see error message in local thin client

Can\'t see error message in local thin client

Hi, everybody!
I have a big problem with developing application. When I use NER-functions like SetError* - it's working very nice for deployed package on enterprise/web servers, but get me web exception on my thin local client.

Could you help me with advice. JD Edwards 9.1, TR 9.1.2
