We have been working on getting rid of the automatic messages that TMs is sending to users every time we create an order. We also want to replace these messages for our own, in which we have been having some difficulties trying to place the code in the right place so that the shipment information can be retrieve to fulfill the parameters of our messages. We want to get specific messages based on routing status, FHC and carrier performance rate.
We’re having problems trying to retrieve information from a trigger at the end of order entry fetching the following tables by shipment number F4215, F4941 and F4942.
I do really appreciate any comments and helps; it has been driving us crazy for the last week or so.
