Missing Fields in P48014

Anyone know why the P48014 - Work Order Entry - has no fields for the entry of the Item # / Branch Plant / QTY / Lot / Location ... and will create a Wrok Order that is missing this data that cannot the be edited or added later on? ... sure, you can use G17 / P31225 / P13700 / ...etc to enter a work order but those apps will require extensive dev mods that we do not wish to unddertake...we just want to enter simple work order in the simplest possible way and are not using the BOM / Labor / Scheduler / etc..etc.. etc... Thanks for the advice!
- Platform is 9.0
- Tools 8.98
- Window 7 64 Bit
